Kondominium
Sebuah kondominium, atau kondo, adalah bentuk hak guna perumahan di mana bagian tertentu real estat (umumnya kamar apartemen) dimiliki secara pribadi sementara penggunaan dan akses ke fasilitas seperti lorong, sistem pemanas, elevator, eksterior berada di bawah hukum yang dihubungkan dengan kepemilikan pribadi dan dikontrol oleh asosiasi pemilik yang menggambarkan kepemilikan seluruh bagian. Sebutan ini sering digunakan untuk merujuk pada unit itu sendiri menggantikan kata "apartemen".
Kondominium adalah istilah hukum yang digunakan di Amerika Serikat dan sebagian provinsi Kanada. Di Australia dan provinsi British Columbia di Kanada disebut strata title. Di Quebec sebutan syndicate of co-ownership digunakan. Di Inggris dan Wales sama dengan commonhold, bentuk kepemilikan yang diperkenalkan tahun 2004 dan tidak biasa di beberapa tempat.
