Kevin Allen (lahir 15 September 1959) adalah seorang aktor, penulis latar, sutradara dan produser film Wales. Ia dikenal karena menulis dan menyutradarai film fitur komedi gelap kultus Twin Town yang berlatar belakang Swansea (1997). Film tersebut masuk Festival Film Internasional Berlin ke-47.[1]

Ia juga menyutradarai film The Big Tease dan Agent Cody Banks 2: Destination London dan serial ITV Benidorm. Film 2015-nya Under Milk Wood terpilih sebagai perwakilan Inggris untuk Film Berbahasa Asing Terbaik di Academy Awards ke-88.[2]
