Kemi (Sami Utara: Giepma) merupakan sebuah kota dan munisipalitas di Finlandia. Kota ini letaknya dekat dengan Tornio. Didirikan pada tahun 1869. Kota ini letaknya di bagian utara dekat perbatasan Swedia di provinsi Laplandia. Penduduknya berjumlah 23.424 jiwa dengan memiliki luas wilayah 91,96 km². Kepadatan penduduk 256,2 jiwa/km².

Kota ini merupakan tempat industri utamanya ialah kertas.
