Provinsi Jeolla (Hangul: 전라도; Hanja: 全羅道, [tɕʌ̹ɭɭa̠.do̞]) adalah satu dari Delapan Provinsi Korea historis pada masa Dinasti Joseon di bagian baratdaya Korea. Sekarang, wilayah provinsi ini terbagi menjadi provinsi Jeolla Utara, Jeolla Selatan, dan Kota Metropolitan Gwangju, serta Provinsi Jeju. Ibukota provinsi ini adalah Jeonju, yang sekarang menjadi ibukota Jeolla Utara. Keseluruhan kawasan daratan provinsi ini disebut Honam (terj. har. 'selatan danau'), istilah yang masih digunakan saat ini.

Provinsi Jeolla dibatasi oleh Chungcheong di sebelah utara, dan Gyeongsang di sebelah timur. Sebelah barat berbatasan dengan Laut Kuning, sebelah selatan dengan Laut Tiongkok Timur.

Kota-kota penting antara lain Gwangju, Jeonju, Naju, Iksan, Gunsan, Mokpo, Namwon, Suncheon, dan Yeosu.
