James Jean Parks (lahir 16 November 1968) adalah aktor berkebangsaan Amerika Serikat. is an American actor. Namanya dikenal melalui peran-perannya sebagai Texas Ranger Edgar McGraw dalam From Dusk Till Dawn 2: Texas Blood Money, Kill Bill: Volume 1 dan Death Proof. Earl McGraw, ayah dari Edgar McGraw, diperankan oleh ayah James, Michael Parks. Dia berperan sebagai Deputy Gilber dalam film horor Prancis berjudul Rubber. Parks juga bermain bersama ayahnya dalam film horor garapan Kevin Smith tahun 2011 berjudul Red State, dan tampil dalam film karya Quentin Tarantino berjudul Django Unchained dan The Hateful Eight.
