Issa Amro (bahasa Arab: عيسى عمرو; lahir 13 April 1980) adalah seorang aktivis Palestina yang berbasis di Hebron, Tepi Barat.[1] Ia adalah salah satu pendiri dan mantan koordinator (2007–2018) kelompok akar rumput Youth Against Settlements.[2] Amro mengadvokasikan pemakaian perlawanan non-kekerasan dan pembangkangan sipil untuk memerangi pendudukan Israel terhadap Palestina.[3][4][5] Pada 2010, ia diangkat menjadi "pembela hak asasi manusia tahun ini di Palestina" oleh Jawatan Komisioner Tinggi Perserikatan Bangsa-Bangsa untuk Hak Asasi Manusia[6] Pada 2013, Dewan Hak Asasi Manusia Perserikatan Bangsa-Bangsa mengekspresikan perhatian terhadap keadaan dan keselamatannya karena sejumlah catatan serangan dari para prajurit dan pemukim Israel dan serangkaian penahanan arbitrer.[7]
