IM-2 adalah misi Bulan yang diluncurkan pada 27 Februari 2025, pukul 16:30 UTC, dan dilakukan oleh Intuitive Machines untuk program CLPS NASA, menggunakan pendarat bulan Nova-C.[2][3] Pendarat tersebut, bernama Athena, mendarat pada 6 Maret 2025, pukul 17:55 UTC. Athena dirancang untuk menyelidiki keberadaan dan kuantitas es air bulan menggunakan PRIME-1, muatan yang terdiri dari bor dan spektrometer massa.

Athena juga membawa Micro Nova Hopper bernama Grace:[4] sebuah pesawat nirawak yang dilengkapi dengan spektrometer neutron untuk menjelajahi PSR (wilayah gelap abadi) kawah Marston di dekatnya. Misi ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengukuran permukaan pertama hidrogen di PSR – indikator penting air.[5][6]
