Film ini dikenal untuk pemeran-pemerannya yang merupakan aktor-aktor bintang Tionghoa: Leon Lai, Richie Ren, Wang Baoqiang, Vivian Hsu, Liu Kai-chi, Michelle Ye, dan masih banyak lagi.
Fire of Conscience ditayangkan di Festival Film Hong Kong pada tanggal 23 Maret 2010. Film ini mendapat rilis luas di Tiongkok dan Hong Kong pada tanggal 1 April 2010.[2]
