Fainopos

Dalam mitologi Yunani, nama Fainopos (bahasa Yunani Kuno: Φαίνοπος) mengacu kepada tiga tokoh yang terkait dengan Troya dan Perang Troya:

  • Ayah Xanthos dan Thoona, kedua anak ini dibunuh oleh Diomedes. Fainopos merupakan lelaki tua pada masa ketika Perang Troya dimulai. Ia tidak punya anak lelaki lain selain mereka berdua.[1]
  • Ayah Forkus, dari Frigia.[2]
  • Anak Asios, cucu Dimas dan saudara Adamas. Ia adalah penghuni Abidos dan teman baik Hektor. Apollo pernah muncul dengan wujud Fainopos yang satu ini di hadapan Hektor.[3]
