Erstwhile Susan adalah sebuah film drama bisu Amerika Serikat tahun 1919 yang disutradarai oleh John S. Robertson, diproduksi dan didistribusikan oleh Realart Pictures. Film tersebut berdasarkan pada novel tahun 1914 Barnabetta karya Helen Reimensnyder Martin dan kemudian sandiwara Broadway Erstwhile Susan karya Marian De Forest. Minnie Maddern Fiske tampil dalam sandiwara Broadway tersebut pada 1916. Versi film tersebut dibintangi oleh Mary Alden dan Constance Binney, yang saat itu adalah pemeran muda tersohor. Versi film tersebut, yang sempat dianggap hilang, disimpan di Museum of Modern Art.[1][2][3]
