Elba adalah sebuah pulau di Toscana, Italia, 20 km dari kota Grosseto. Ia adalah pulau terbesar di Semenanjung Toscana, dan pulau terbesar ketiga Italia. Elba dan pulau lainnya dalam Semenanjung tersebut (Pianosa, Capraia, Montecristo, Giglio dan Giannutri) dilindungi dalam Taman Nasional Semenanjung Toscana.
Pulau ini dibagi kepada delapan comune: kota ibu kota Portoferraio, Campo nell'Elba, Capoliveri, Marciana, Marciana Marina, Porto Azzurro, Rio Marina dan Rio nell'Elba.
Kaisar Prancis Napoleon Bonaparte dibuang ke Elba ketika dijatuhkan (untuk kali pertama), menginspirasi sebait palindrom yang terkenal: "Able was I ere I saw Elba."
Akhir-akhir ini, Elba menjadi terkenal akan anggurnya.
