Bukefalos atau Bukefalas (/bjuːˈsɛfələs/; bahasa Yunani Kuno: Βουκεφάλας, dari βοῦς bous, "kerbau" dan κεφαλή kephalē, "kepala" artinya "kepala kerbau") (ca 355 SM – Juni 326 SM) adalah kuda milik Aleksander Agung, dan salah satu kuda terkenal dari zaman kuno. Catatan-catatan kuno menyatakan bahwa Bukefalos mati usai Pertempuran Hidaspes pada 326 SM, di wilayah yang sekarang menjadi Provinsi Punjab, Pakistan, dan dikubur di Jalalpur Sharif, luar Jhelum, Punjab, Pakistan. Catatan lainnya menyatakan bahwa Bukefalos dikubur di Falia, sebuah kota di Distrik Mandi Bahauddin, Provinsi Punjab, Pakistan, yang diambil dari namanya (Bukefalos Aleksandria).

Bukefalos diambil dari nama sebuah markah dagang yang dicantumkan pada kepala kerbau.[1]
