Bagea

Bagea adalah kue tradisional khas Maluku, Maluku Utara, dan Kota Palopo, Sulawesi Selatan, Sulawesi Tenggara, Indonesia.[1] Bagea biasanya berbentuk bulat dan warnanya cokelat pucat.[2] Bagea adalah salah satu olahan dari sagu.[3] Biasanya Bagea disantap dengan teh atau kopi.[4] Di Ternate, Bagea biasanya ditambahkan dengan biji kenari.[4] Bahan-bahan untuk membuat Bagea adalah gula halus, biji kenari yang telah dicincang, tepung sagu, minyak sayur, tepung terigu yang telah diayak, kacang tanah yang dicincang halus, kayu manis bubuk, dan cengkih bubuk.[1]
