Assunta Marchetti, SS (15 Agustus 1871 – 1 Juli 1948) adalah seorang biarawati Katolik Italia yang menjadi salah satu pendiri Kesusteran Misionaris Santo Karolus Boromeus. Ia berkarya di Brasil dari 1895 sampai kematiannya.[1][2]

Saudaranya yang menjadi imam bernama Giuseppe digelari sebagai Venerabilis.[3] Beatifikasinya diadakan pada 25 Oktober 2014; Kardinal Angelo Amato memimpin beatifikasinya atas perantaraan Paus Fransiskus.
