Agathis silbae adalah spesies konifer dalam keluarga Araucariaceae. Spesies ini hanya ditemukan di pulau Espiritu Santo di Vanuatu.[2]

Spesies ini berada di Semenanjung Cumberland dan Gunung Tabwemasana, yang juga dikenal sebagai Puncak Santo, di pantai barat Espiritu Santo, dengan ketinggian 450 hingga 760 meter. Pohon ini merupakan pohon besar yang tumbuh menonjol di hutan hujan pegunungan bawah di lereng barat dan barat laut yang lebih basah dari pegunungan tengah Espiritu Santo, dengan curah hujan tahunan rata-rata sekitar 4.500 mm. Pohon-pohon yang berasosiasi meliputi Calophyllum neo-ebudicum, Cryptocarya turbinata, Dysoxylum sp., Myristica sp., dan Podocarpus sp.[1]

Spesies ini terancam oleh kehilangan habitat, dan dinilai sebagai hampir terancam (near-threatened). Spesies ini memiliki perkiraan luas jangkauan (EOO) sekitar 2.000 km2 dan perkiraan luas hunian (AOO) lebih dari 10 km2 dan kurang dari 100 km2.[1]

Spesies ini dideskripsikan pada tahun 1987,[2] dan dinamai menurut nama ahli botani asal New York, John Silba. Spesies ini diakui oleh Plants of the World Online.[2] Departemen Kehutanan di Vanuatu mengakui spesies ini sebagai sinonim dari Agathis macrophylla.[3]
