100 Years…100 Cheers: America's Most Inspiring Movies adalah sebuah daftar film paling menginspirasi seperti yang ditentukan oleh American Film Institute. Ini adalah bagian dari serial AFI 100 Years…, yang telah menjadi daftar pengkompilasian dari film-film terbesar sepanjang masa dalam berbagai kategori sejak 1998. Daftar tersebut ditampilkan pada acara khusus waktu perdana tiga ham di saluran televisi CBS pada 14 Juni 2006.
