William Raymond Manchester (1 April 1922 – 1 Juni 2004)^[2] adalah seorang pengarang, biografer dan sejarawan asal Amerika. Ia adalah pengarang 18 buku yang diterjemahkan ke dalam lebih dari 20 bahasa.^[3] Ia dianugerahi National Humanities Medal dan Abraham Lincoln Literary Award.
