Sejarah Skandinavia merupakan sejarah wilayah geografis Skandinavia dan masyarakatnya. Wilayahnya berada di Eropa Utara, dan terdiri dari Denmark, Norwegia, dan Swedia. Finlandia dan Islandia terkadang terutama dalam konteks berbahasa Inggris dianggap sebagai bagian dari Skandinavia.
