Sepeda motor bisa membuat individu dengan mekanofilia mengalami gairah seksual .Mekanofilia (atau mekafilia [ 1] parafilia yang melibatkan ketertarikan seksual pada berbagai mesin mekanik seperti sepeda ,[ 2] kendaraan bermotor ,[ 3] [ 4] helikopter ,[ 5] kapal , dan pesawat terbang .[ 6] Sepeda motor juga sering digambarkan sebagai objek fetisisme seksual umum bagi beberapa orang dengan parafilia ini.[ 7]
Mekanofilia diperlakukan sebagai kejahatan di beberapa negara, dan pelakunya akan ditempatkan dalam pelaku kejahatan seksual setelah penuntutan.[ 8]
