Li Si (/ˈliːˈsiː/; ca 280 SM – September atau Oktober 208 SM) adalah seorang kaligrafer, filsuf, politikus dan penulis Tiongkok pada zaman dinasti Qin. Ia menjabat sebagai Kanselir (atau Perdana Menteri) dari 246–208 SM di bawah dua penguasa: Qin Shi Huang, raja negara Qin dan kemudian Kaisar Pertama Dinasti Qin; dan Qin Er Shi, putra kedelapan Qin Shi Huang dan Kaisar Kedua.[1]
