Kompetisi National Basketball Association musim 2009-2010 merupakan musim liga NBA yang ke-64 National Basketball Association yang dimulai pada 27 Oktober 2009 dan akan berakhir pada 14 April 2010 dengan jumlah pertandingan sebanyak 1230 atau 82 pertandingan untuk setiap tim (jumlahnya 30).

Acara NBA All-Star Game akan dilangsungkan di Cowboys Stadium, di kota Dallas, negara bagian Texas pada tanggal 14 Februari 2010. NBA Playoffs akan dimulai pada 17 April 2009.
