Henry John Temple, 3rd Viscount Palmerston, KG,GCB,PC,FRS (20 Oktober 1784 – 18 Oktober 1865), adalah seorang negarawan Inggris yang dua kali menjabat sebagai Perdana Menteri pada aba dke-19. Selama sebagian besar 1830 sampai 1865, ia mendominasi kebijakan asing Inggris saat Inggris berada di puncak kekuatannya. Sering dijuluki "Pam" dan "The Mongoose",[1] ia berada dalam jabatan pemerintahan hampir berkelanjutan dari 1807 sampai kematiannya pada 1865, bermula pada karier parlementernya sebagai Tory, beralih ke Whigs pada 1830, dan menjadi Perdana Menteri pertama dari Liberal yang baru dibentuk dari tahun 1859.
