Guillaume I dari Jenewa (skt. 1132 1132 – 25 juli 1195) merupakan seorang Comte Jenewa dari tahun 1178 sampai 1195, berurutan dengan ayahandanya, Comte Amadeus I dari Jenewa. Ibunda Guillaume adalah istri Amadeus, Matilda de Cuiseaux.
