There has been more activity among various Southern California editors as of late - to keep the momentum up. This will be a standing monthly meeting to catch up and coordinate events across southern California. Tune in to hear about upcoming Wiki events in Southern California, discuss new events, and connect with editors in the area! Call will be held on the WikiLA discord.
A joint effort of WikiLA and San Diego Wikimedians.
Why?
There is significant overlap between WikiLA and SD Wikimedians geographic regions - therefore it makes sense to coordinate and ensure events aren't taking place at the same time. This also allows us to pool resources and include people in other SoCal areas that may not fit in well with either "Los Angeles" or "San Diego" or are roughly equidistant from either (i.e. Orange County, Riverside).
