I saw you did edits to the modarchive page on here, is there a reason you don't feel that it's "notable"?
The site is a pretty important archive of early sampled music, and has been cited as a source/material several times on here.

Also if it didn't follow that guideline, I figured it would've already been deleted many years ago, given the first edits were in 2009 for that article.
