Jazz

I suppose that the information regarding AC Jazz could be kept in the article, however I do still consider it irrelevant. In my opinion the removal of life vests from Jazz aircraft was completely blown out of proportion by the media since most North American regional airlines, such as Jazz, don't have the life vests to begin with. I believe that the info is more of a "news story" than encyclopedia worthy information, so I am going to stand by my removal.
