Hi. We seem to have a disagreement on your recent edits to Urinal. Firstly, you are marking your edits "minor" which they really aren't. Furthermore, the term "women"/"woman" is not against the Wikipedia Neutral Point of View policy. Not to mention that it is the socially acceptable/politically correct term for a female human. The changes were marked "minor" because they involved changing the text of a few links, not the content of the article itself. "Woman" is not inclusive of all female-bodied people, and the links in question are directed at all female-bodied people, not just women (and not inclusive of male-bodied women). Particularly given that one of the links is to a website belonging to a Transgender person and geared at other female-bodied Transgender people, who are not women, the respectful thing to do is to clarify that the information is for female-bodied people. The Wikimedia LGBTQ+ User Group is holding online working days in May. As a member of WikiProject LGBT studies, editing on LGBTQ+ issues or if you identify as part of the LGBTQ+ community, come help us set goals, develop our organisation and structures, consider how to respond to issues faced by Queer editors, and plan for the next 12 months.

We will be meeting online for 3 half-days, 14–16 May at 1400–1730 UTC. While our working language is English, we are looking to accommodate users who would prefer to participate in other languages, including translation facilities.

More information, and registration details, at QW2021.--Wikimedia LGBT+ User Group 02:44, 27 April 2021 (UTC)
