Hi, a heads up that the series of edits that you're currently cleaning up after on this article seem to be from the LTA Lam312321321, who returns to a particular set of articles every so often to change them back to how they want them. You can get a sense of their motivations and general behaviours from that six-year SPI archive.

In this particular article they've knocked out some content (eg. mentioning Brexit at all in the lead) that you might want to add back. All of their changes can be WP:BLOCKREVERTed without requiring any thoughtful consideration. I'll take a look over the edits another time, if you don't.
