Reaching Out. Speaking Out

http://www.ziggitysplit.com

When the telegraph first replaced pigeons and trains sped past horses, a new word emerged to describe the increased pace of life: licketySplit, which means "at full speed." Now as the information age gathers pace and turns global, we need another word to describe not only the exponentially rapid pace of change, but a vision to make the right changes happen. That word is ZiggitySplit.

ZiggitySplit is all about change on multiple levels -- personal, local community, the workplace, and the partisan gridlock ensnaring common sense progress.

In essence, ZiggitySplit means speaking out and reaching out.

Focused on three core values, Ziggitysplit:

Reflects an outspoken style -- standing by your word without fear of hierarchies

Forges diplomacy and consensus building -- listening fully to others

Aims to undo indifference and complacency

Why ZiggitySplit? I wanted a single word that could encompass the full range of what it takes to bring about change.

ZiggitySplit resides in a sweet spot spanning two poles: at one end, an approach built around making decisions and pushing forward; at the other end, one focused on listening fully, seeking feedback, and working with others.
