Wayne Dwops is a detective that works for the government as a privat eye that does special cases that his boss gives to him. He is a comedian that features on [youtube.com].

Wayne comes from a rather small family. His father is from Germany while his mother is from The United States of America. He was born in the USA in 1961 in a small house in Utah. When he was young he would sometimes sneek around his house with a stick and play " cops and robbers". Despite the fact that he really had no friends, he was a very imaginative young boy. He was very interested in history.

When Wayne was 13 his parents were devorced, so he spent a lot of time by himself. He would constently look for the reason why his parents separated but he could never find the answer. When Wayne graduated in 1983 from NIU, he was immediately asked to work for Cape Coral Investigators. He accepted and was placed at a high ranking for a new comer. In 1994 his grandfather died from being at the age of 92. He was a corple in the US Army. Wayne, from that night on has always worn his grandfathers army jacket when doing buisness.

As of the year 2007 Wayne has been a detective still working for the cape coral investigators. Wayne has been a spacialist in finding small children ages 0-9. Over the years he has climed up the ranks but still not a Senor Detectave which he wishes he was. He belives that the rank he is at is perfectly fine for he knows if he goes up to the next rank he will have to solve murders which he is not ready for.
