Bea Palya is a Hungarian folk-song singer and performer. Bea is continually studying the art of song. The strength of her talent is such that she is able to use what she learns to develop her own style.

Bea Palya born in Makó, 11 November 1976. She spent her childhood in the village Bag, where she were dancing and singing in the local dance-group. She began her education in the Apáczai Csere János Gimnázium, and then she studied ethnography at the Eötvös Lóránt University. She graduated in 2002.
She was a singer of the group Zurgó, and Laokoón. In 2002 she started her soloist career. She performs Hungarian and Bulgarian folk music; besides this she plays jazz and world music. She also studied both Indian and Persian music.
