Deaf Church

A Deaf Church is a Church run primarily for or by Deaf People and usually holds services in Sign Language.

There are many Deaf Churches or Signing Churches around the world.

In the UK Dioceses of the Church of England often employ a full time or part time Chaplain to the Deaf Community. Som eof these are Deaf themselves. Others are hearing ministers with some skill in British Sign Language.
