Hello World!

I am a Computational Biologist and a dual citizen of South African and Ireland. I have a fairly wide range of interests, and greatly appreciate open knowledge resources! I would like to see resources, such as Wikipedia, becoming more accessible in the Developing World - partly to level the playing field a little.
