ASHLEY KING is currently working on the release of her Album  ; “ Love Revolution ”,

for which the pre-launch "8 track" CD is set to launch July 09. This multitalented artist is also the design assistant to Canadian Fashion Designer Kevin Allwood, creator of the NEVIK, ALLWOOD and KEVIN ALLWOOD luxury clothing brands.

Born in Toronto in 1986; Ashley with her parents, at the early age of two moved to Montreal

Quebec. Her initial introduction to the world of music, came as a soprano signer in a

competition choir from 2003 to 2005. Prior to this, she was enrolled in private tutoring and

voice coaching from the age of thirteen.

In 2006, she received a diploma in Fashion Design from Internationally acclaimed LaSalle

College in Montreal, Canada.

At Present, she is multitasking as the assistant to Designer Kevin Allwood as well as writing

and co-producing her second album with Buddhafish Music in Montreal. Ashley is also the

inspiration behind the “Ashley King Revolution” label, designed by herself under the Kevin

Allwood Group Fashion House, to be launched in 2010. The clothing line is described in three words; simple, comfort, pure. Beautifully clean cut clothing with natural easy elegance.

Garments such as track jackets and pants, easy dresses and denim pieces will build this very

chic-demure eco-friendly collection.

Ashley King has also, as of June 2009 — become the Associate Editor of KA MAGAZINE —

a luxury global publication focused on world issues, fashion, music, design, and showcasing

the "undiscovered". The Next issue is set to be launched this September 2009.

Ashley King’s musical style has been referred to as “ The young Sade meets Shinead

O’connor, … while partying in Ibiza”. With her background in Jazz, Classical and Dj-ing house, techno and electronica, has made her a perfect match to collaborate with Producer Kevin Allwood in creating the “Ashley King Sound”. As a musical genre, it would be defined as a fusion of Neo-soul, Drum n’ Base and her powerful angel voice —

in other words : “Feel Good Music”.

As well as working on the final stages and release of her first album “ Love Revolution”,

Ashley King wishes to work with her record label, BuddhaFish Music to collaborate with other Canadian artists in the future.

Ashley King has also become the Ambassador for the My Heaven Foundation in Jamaica, which is dedicated to help under privileged women send their children to school and start their own small businesses.
