The MoonMen

The MoonMen is a 2010 Graphic Novel Comic book written and drawn by Head Editor. It's published by the Schoolyard Book Company. The story is a Sci-Fi adventure that takes four Astronauts to the Moon. They must rescue an obsolete weather satellite that contains "very sensitive" weather data within its contents.

Plot

A distress signal is sent from a obsolete weather satellite, codenamed: Buckethead. The North American Space Federation Mission Control center, receives faint signs from the doomed vessel. It's whereabouts is aimed for the Grey Ocean of the Moon. With little success, the operators fail to save the satellite from crashing onto the Moon's surface. A decision is made to send a team of elite astronauts to recover the vessel manually. This secret mission is set before the trials of the Orion Spacecraft's maiden voyage.

During the Night of the incident, an sleepin Alvin Spyies receives a disturbing phone call. His satellite, Buckethead has crashed with some "very sensitive weather data" on it's memory bank. While this occurs, the wife of Editor Juice has a premonition, that her husband and his future crew are doomed to die on the Moon. Awakened by this notion, he ignores her plea and explains how he plans on retiring from the agency all together. She insist that the phone will ring, asking him to join the doomed mission. Against her wishes to decline the mission, he accepts.

The four manned crew is positioned under a new division of the NASF agency. The small department is named A.X.I.S. It's was created in order for the crew to fly under the special and dangerous circumstances they reside in. The plan is to send two NASF Mission Specialist: Alvin Spyies (main engineer of Buckethead's creation and operations), and Frank Dimples. The other two are National Space Policemen: Pepper Patterson-Mitch, and Editor Juice. The mission is to dock at the faltering International Space Station, and prepare for a High Earth Orbit landing to the Near side of the Moon.

Once they're near docking on an Iridium infused Space Shuttle named Franklin, problems start.
