I was a medical instrument engineer at Bio-Rad Laboratories and I was a sponsor for six years with the Children International organization. I am a veteran. I've served seven years on active duty in the United States Army and three years in the New York Army National Guard. I've been deployed two times in support of the War in Iraq. In my retirement years, I would like to be a technology teacher at a nearby engineering high school. I was a vegetarian for approximately 14 years, between the ages of 8 and 22. I've completed Halo 3 and Halo ODST on legendary mode.

I have the experiences, skills, and knowledge to be an invaluable asset for any company. Circuitry has been more than simply a hobby for me since my early childhood, and Electronics Engineering has been my passion for almost all of my life, since 17 years of age. I studied Electronics Engineering Technology at DeVry College of New York and received my Bachelor of Technology degree on June 18, 2010.

As a soldier, my job was to conduct Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN) operations, primarily defensive procedures and tactics; to advise my company on policies and procedures; to maintain CBRN instruments; to perform CBRN Reconnaissance; and to train soldiers. I have a Secret Security Clearance and I am First Responder and HazmatID qualified.

I became interested in Science and Technology during my early childhood, by my innate curiosity of the natural and technological wonders of the Physical World that we live in. Before I had any concept of electricity, I had experimented with it. Today, I still experience wonder and amazement at the moment when a light bulb "comes to life" with only a wire and a power cell.

To see a rocket blasting off the Earth's surface and landing a robot onto another planet, strikes such awe and amazement, as if a benevolent spark were igniting my soul. This compelling feeling drives me to "reach for the stars," to want to learn and discover, and then to share all of my knowledge with everyone.

As one of 50 selected members of NASA's Social Media, I witnessed a rocket launch. It was so amazing that it inspired me in a way that human nature and existence cohabit deep within us; the desire and need to explore, to create new and wonderful technology, and to enjoy the greatness that humans can accomplish!
