A scholar is typically someone confined to the corridors of academia, who at times meets with their publisher.
And perhaps, things should stay that way.... This website may be no place for me, after all.
Many years ago, there was a nice sketch by Johny Carson imitating Carl Sagan, with Sagan saying:
- The universe is full of deep mysteries: Why are there so many stars, how did the stars come about, how many galaxies like ours are out there, why does a man of my education speak in such a goofy manner?
So, I asked myself: what is a man of my education doing, spending time arguing with people on this website? The mystery must end...
