One of my favorite photos on Wikipedia

RyguyMN is a Wikipedian from Shakopee, Minnesota specializing in sports and Minnesota history.

I grew up in Eden Prairie, Minnesota and went to high school at Eden Prairie High School ("The megamall of education"). After high school, I attended Southwest State University in Marshall, Minnesota for a year before transferring to the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, where I graduated with a bachelor's degree in accounting.

My interests include watching/playing sports, running around beautiful Lake Calhoun on a nice day, working out a few times a week, spending time with family/friends, being outdoors during the summer, reading, and watching movies. I ran in the 10 mile race of the Twin Cities Marathon in October 2006.

I joined Wikipedia on May 7, 2006 as a frequent contributor and reader of this site.
