Jack Ramasamy is a New Zealand-based real estate agent, investor, and team leader at Lugtons Real Estate in Hamilton. Originally from India, Ramasamy migrated to New Zealand with minimal resources and rose to become one of the most successful agents in the Waikato region.

Born and raised in Coimbatore, India, Ramasamy moved to New Zealand in the early 2000s. He began his professional journey in the automotive industry, holding senior sales roles with luxury brands such as BMW and MINI. He worked as a Sales Consultant at Continental Car Services, Sales Manager at Winger Motor Group, and later as Business Manager at Team McMillan BMW & MINI. These roles helped him develop strong skills in high-value sales, finance, and customer service.

Ramasamy transitioned into real estate in 2015 and quickly rose through the ranks at Lugtons Real Estate. He leads TeamJack, a top-performing group within the company, known for its high sales volume and client service. Ramasamy has been Lugtons’ number-one agent for five consecutive years and personally oversees more than 200 property sales annually.

His expertise includes residential sales, auctions, buyer advocacy, and investment properties. Ramasamy’s clientele ranges from first-home buyers to large-scale developers. He is known for his strategic marketing, negotiation skills, and in-depth knowledge of the Hamilton property market.

In addition to his sales achievements, Ramasamy is a shareholder in Lugtons Real Estate (not publicly disclosed) and owns investment properties across New Zealand and India.

Jack Ramasamy lives in Hamilton with his wife and children. He maintains strong ties to Coimbatore, India, where he owns a villa and 4 acres of farmland. His elderly mother resides there. Ramasamy is also mentoring his children, with his son currently studying civil engineering at Waikato University.
