I am ProtoDrake: the eye that watches, the pen that writes, the mind that sees all possibilities, the hands that want friendship, the heart that wants peace, the opinions that haven't gone mainstream. Right, that's out of the way. I'm generally into Japanese video games, and am particularly drawn to titles that have not been released overseas but still have huge amounts of information about them floating around. I also dabble in anime. This is where my ideas become reality, and this is where others may call to me. Best wishes.

The top series I'm interested in stem from Japan, with many of them belonging to the role-playing genre. With some occasional exceptions. I'm reasonably keen to improve articles within the Tales, Final Fantasy, Megami Tensei and Fire Emblem franchises. On occasion, I also provide cited rewrites for articles that don't interest me in the long run but do catch my attention due their situations and my own interest (Stella Deus, The 3rd Birthday, Titan Quest). I can also find and leave sources for others to work on articles I don't feel like working on myself (Valkyrie Profile).

Personal accomplishments

  1. Drakengard (video game) (My first FA work and got a barnstar for it, and am very proud as I did the whole process from to in under a year.)
  2. Final Fantasy VII (Done during the game's 20th anniversary year after nine years as a GA following its original FA demotion. A truly fantastic collaborative effort between myself, TarkusAB, PresN, GamerPro64, Masem, Tintor2, Xiomicronpi, Deckiller and Brayden96.)
  3. Final Fantasy Type-0 (I feel, one of my finest achievements. The version here never released outside Japan, and I successfully brought it up through GA to FA in just over two months.)
  4. Fabula Nova Crystallis Final Fantasy
  5. Lightning (Final Fantasy) (My very first character-related FA, and possibly the last for a very long time. It has been... strenuous.)
