Angus S.D. Murray (22 April 1970) is the Managing Principal and founder of Castlestone Management, an independent investment manager. He launched the initial fund, Castlestone Fund Inc., in October 1997. In addition to his role as director of the Fund and the Investment Manager, Murray is on the investment committee of a number of British Virgin Islands public, professional and private funds. He was born in Sydney, Australia and received a Bachelor of Financial Economics from the University of London, England.

Past positions

Prior to his current role, Murray held a number of senior-level positions. He was appointed Co-Head of the International Equity Department of NatWest Markets USA, where he ran the Australian/New Zealand Equities department. In 1997, he joined the equity department of Macquarie Bank in London. Murray held the position of President of Macquarie Holdings (USA) Inc. until March 2000.
