Joe is a trained mechanical engineer who left his engineering career to pursue his passion in film making. After 9 years of experience as a film director and editor with Marvellous Films, Tunteeya Media, Clinton Computers and Savannah Hills Productions, Joe founded and registered TMP STUDIOS with the Registrar General’s Department in 2017 to enable him achieve his dream of taking film production in the Northern Part of Ghana to the next level. In the past 9 years, Joe has established himself as a household name in the film industry in Northern Ghana and beyond, being responsible for over half of the music videos. Joe has also directed and produced many documentaries for both international and local NGOs meant for behavioural change communication; produced TV shows, commercials and movies. He was awarded thrice consecutively (2017/18, 2018/19 and 2019/20) by the Northern Entertainment Awards as best video director of the year.
