Malus Records, is an American record label specializing in alternative rock & hip hop music. They are also an Entertainment and Clothing Company in Las Vegas, Nevada. The Intellectual Property of Malus (meaning Evil or Naughty in Latin) used in conjunction with Records, was created and established by current President and CEO, Kelly Ericson Green (est. 1977). Malus was incorporated in March of 2005 under the By Laws and State Charter of Nevada.[1] The Companies current Executive Mailing Office is Located on Tropicana and Eastern in Las Vegas. Shortly after this company opened in 2005 they started a subsidiary Kelly Green Music an ASCAP Publishing Company. Malus operates as distribution service, both for digital and retail. In 2009 The Companies President and CEO Kelly Green was nominated as a Honored Member of Madisions Whos Who [2] in Business Executives and Professionals.
Online
In 2005 Malus Records launched a company website and designed their first online music store and networking community The Indie Conspiracy Online Music Store, which then changed names to The Conspiracy Club, and now simply Club Malus. They have also established a internet presence through online networking communities such as Myspace Facebook and Twitter. As of July 2009 Malus Records Launched it's new Social Networking/Online Music Store Club Malus, Which has seen has seen some success since the Launch of version II in 2011. As of June 19th 2012 Club Malus has a global Alexa traffic rank[3] of 148,296 and traffic ranks of 345,684 in the United States and 27,662 in China. The company has began internet expansions into the entertainment industry and digital distribution markets. By developing Malus Entertainment , Malus Magazine and Malus Productions they are establishing brand recognition. creating an atmosphere for their line of clothing "Malus Records" and the companies brand "Club Malus". They have also began developing a digital distribution service Malus Digital and has developed a online contract and service which includes different levels of distribution and service, including 360 deals for merchandising of artist and bands.
