User:Gsquaredxc
Hi, I'm gsquaredxc.
| If you are here because I reverted your edit and you believe that to be in error, don't panic! Reading the revert message and the message left on your talk page should help explain why you were reverted. The most likely reason was that you made a controversial change and the edit summary combined with other factors made it difficult to determine if the edit was legitimate. If there is an obvious way you can clarify the edit or the edit summary, feel free to do so. You may also leave me a message at my talk page. Edit summaries are short and I'm happy to have a longer discussion. |

My goals for Wikipedia as a whole
All the information
Wikipedia should store all notable information. See User:Emijrp/All Human Knowledge.
100% accuracy
Perfection is generally considered to be impossible. In a world where obvious facts are disputed, 100% accuracy seems like a big ask. However, Wikipedia has been shown to properly handle situations where facts are presented as political. Given that Wikipedia has maneuvered through the most difficult of topics, factual accuracy in articles about oranges or silicon dioxide really only requires time. Very few of the Wikipedia:Vital articles will have changes to the information they are based on. I don't personally remember the last time a new event in the American Revolution happened.
10% time tax
The concept is simple: Wikipedia saves each user a significant amount of time, so giving back a small amount will benefit both the reader and the project. Wikipedia articles grow and improve over time, so for each passing day the benefit to society grows. A growth of the community relative to the benefit would create an exponential collection of accurate knowledge.
