Regarding my father the late Herbert Mols. If possible, my sister and I would be interested in devoting a section to Cold War Basketball. After our father's sudden death in 1986 at the Empire State Games which he pioneered/founded, we inherited dozens of boxes, folders, scrapbooks, documents, files etc from his years as a member of the US Olympic Basketball Committee. I have posted some of them on www.herbmols.com... but would like to add some of these materials to Wikipedia.

PS: How can the friends and family of Herbert J. Mols, who died suddenly at the Empire State Games in Buffalo in August, 1986, get him "registered" as a significant person in Wikipedia.

For example: 1. Herb was just inducted posthumously into the Greater Buffalo Sports Hall of Fame. 2. At the 40th reunion of the US Olympic Men's basketball team in Georgetown, all 12 players signed a petition acknowledged Herb Mols' contribution of their successes and his nomination to the Buffalo Hall of Fame in 2013.
