Doctor Scrumpy aka Paul Woolerton (born 19 May 1963 in Reading, England) is an English Wikipedia user , now living in Manassas, Virginia.
Doc has been making edits on Wikipedia since 2005.
Doc is the number one fan of the Northern Virginia Royals & the Northern Virginia Majestics who play in the PDL & W-league respectively. He has missed only a handful of Royals' game home or away in their PDL career.
He is known for his vocal comments directed at the opposing teams as well as referees during these games. Whilst he gives his honest opinion on the moment, he refrains from un-family friendly comments, or adult language.
