Yep you guessed it, my name is David Henrickson. My early life was in the Adirondacks fishing and hunting. My brother was a Forest Ranger in the Town of Grieg for around 30 years, and I always kept in touch with him and the woods. My reason for getting involved with Wikipedia was that the entire area of central New York is really under-represented. The Black river, Moose river, and many other wiki pages are a disgrace. But that's what's great about Wikipedia: they get better. You'd think someone living in Houston, TX and working on the Space Program would have more important things to do, but you'd be wrong.

I have a further interest which is 14th century England because I have a famous ancestor who beyond one incident little is known. The ancestor is Sir William Walworth who ended the "Peasants' Revolt" in 1381 by killing the ringleader "Wat Tyler."
