LAWRENCE H. WILLIAMS, Jr.

Lawrence is a Senior Consultant for the Xperianz Enterprise Solutions practice. Lawrence has more than 20 years of business experience during which he has held progressive Business Analyst, Project Management, and Engagement Management positions. Prior to joining Xperianz, Lawrence served as a Senior Engagement Manager for a Chicago-based consulting firm, responsible for developing and completing technology projects including application customization, solution implementation, and requirements gathering. Lawrence has worked for both public and privately held companies in industries including food and beverage, telecommunications, and professional services. He has deep ERP selection and optimization experience, and is a proven expert in implementing technology to optimize the accuracy of business operations. Lawrence has carved a niche in the Business Intelligence space. He has implemented and managed projects with software packages including Cartesis, Business Objects, Siebel, SAS, and SPSS. He has deep experience in Oracle, SAP, JD Edwards, and PeopleSoft, and served as the lead Project Manager on multiple implementations of SAP FI/CO, Crystal Reports, and other project-based software solutions.

Lawrence is accomplished in managing complex technology projects, and he excels at turning around at-risk system implementation projects. He has worked for several multinational clients on projects including SAP upgrades, Oracle implementations, and Business Objects/Cartesis implementations. Lawrence acted as the Senior Engagement Manager on multiple past consulting engagements, providing complete oversight of solution delivery. He is a “hands on” Project Manager capable of handling all aspects of the Project including personnel issues, budget, timeline, and requirements gathering.

Lawrence earned his MBA in IT Project Management from Capella University, and is pursing a Ph.D. in the same discipline. Lawrence brings a strong work ethic and a desire to serve to every engagement. His broad-based ERP skills coupled with his niche in Business Intelligence solution implementation make him an invaluable member of any team with which he works.
