Olympic coach with experience on highly competitive volleyball teams. In Seoul 1988, Korea. For the past 35 years as a volleyball coach, I have enjoyed a winning track record. I take pride on developing talent and for the past two years, over 95% of the athletes under my coaching have attained USA Division I Universities’ full ride scholarships. My passion to pursue perfection in fundamentals, tactical and technique as well as physical preparation of volleyball makes me an ideal candidate to be a University Volleyball Coach. I focus on hands-on coaching, concentrating on field training and use a combination of Asian and European techniques.

• FIVB Coach Level II • I worked next to one of the best volleyball coach of the world in the 80’s, the coach of nationality Korean, Mrs. Man Bok Park nominated for the 2016 volleyball Hall of Fame. • Actively involved in athletic and training programs. Proven athletic administration skills include developing over 100 Summer Camps and Club’s drills and schedules for all categories from 14 years old to Olympic players. • Personally trained Gabriela Perez del Solar and Cecilia Tait. Both players were nominated for the 2010 Volleyball Hall of Fame. • Trained category 18 Elite Conference Volleyball players in the last two years. Coached volleyball teams that qualified for post-season play each year and that have finished no less than fourth in the conferences, including Regional and National Championships. 95% of the players receive Division 1 a full ride scholarship at US Universities. • Personally trained an All American player last year, who was just recognized as Best College Player of the Season. • Member of Peru Volleyball Federation, AAU, and USAV. • Accustomed to developing a strong rapport with local media contacts, due to success in the field. • Professor at the Volleyball School of Trainers of the Peru Federation and of the Volleyball University of Coaches. • Since 2002 have published literature and other media for setting and blocking techniques. • Have taught various technique and physical education activities and theory courses over the last 28 years. • South America champion in category 14 (Chosica 2014) category 15 (Tarapoto 2015). • Speak Spanish, Italian and Basic English (Need a translator).

2017 Started to working with the club Rebaza Alfredo Acosta de Callao of the international league with all the categories in the female branch 2016 I had the responsibility of the preselection pre infantile (2003) of volleyball from Peru 2015 South America champion in the category 15 female volleyball national team Tarapoto- Peru 2014 South America champion in the category 14 female volleyball national team Chosica-Peru 2013 The Peruvian Volleyball Federation hired me as coach of the pre national team 2011 Master coach in Top Select Volleyball Academic in Orlando Florida Second place in the South America with the club Geminis at the tournament Copa De Campeones of South America clubs in Lima-Peru Geminis National Selection of Peru’s Club in Lima, Peru Coach of National Champions, Female’s Major League Category

2010 Top Select Volleyball Academy in Orlando, Florida Master Coach, developed Program and Coach for 18 EliteTeam, 95% percent received scholarships and one became an “All American”

1985-1987 Peru National Olympic Female Volleyball Team in Peru, Lima World Cup Champion three consecutive years, Japan. FIVB Champion 1985 and 1986, Korea. Bronze Medal at the World Cup in 1986, Czech Republic.
