Robert G. Brookens Jr. aka "Barometer Bob" is a weather enthusiast in North Florida. Through his websites Hurricane Hollow Weather, WRBN.Net the "Weather Radio Broadcast Network" and the Internet radio broadcast called the Barometer Bob Show, he has helped people learn how the weather can affect them and how to be prepared for it.

Since 1998 he has been sharing a wealth of weather related information on the Internet.

March 2000 he founded Hurricane Hollow Weather Corporation.

At the 2008 National Hurricane Conference, Robert was honored with a special award for what he continues to do through his websites.
